Probably better off posting in the Mac section of the forums instead of the PC section. You will get better Mac answers in there.

Based on the screenshot provided in the post, your Trend Micro Antivirus requires Full Disk Access Permission.
To enable permissions in Full Disk Access, kindly follow the instructions below:
1. Open System Settings
2. Look for Privacy and Security
3. Click on Full Disk Access
4. Enable Trend Micro Antivirus and Trend Micro Extension
