won't connect - all other devices have installed correctly.
each time I hit the connect button - it flashes back to disconnected

Hi, iandtudorPlease check if the date and time are synced with the device. Adjust the timezone if needed.
Also, please check for conflicting apps any other VPN apps would be considered as conflict with the WiFi Protection. Uninstall the conflicting programs and make sure to delete the remnants.Hope this helps! In case you need more help, please let us know immediately. -TM_Kar
time and date are correct.no other VPN apps installed
reinstalled and deleted the Wifi Protection App multiple times.works fine on all other devices - just not the newest device.

have tried all of the above, nb all other apple devices I have at home connected and installed correctly.
having issues on my MacBook Air 2022
App is Trend Micro WiFi Protections (again on all four devices)

Please try to change the VPN Server Location to US-West and check if the issue still persists.

HI Team - have changed to US-West, works fine now (even though all other devices can use Australia as its VPN location.
