Technical support engineer is not responding
My Home security system has stopped working and I contacted support it was established that the security box is faulty it's flashing red fast upon trying troubleshoot this device. It was established that I need a replacement sent out. Why has it taken my case manager nearly 48 hours to reply when I was told that the case manager would call me in 1 hour. Called support 2 times and no one assists me because my case manager is not responding. can someone please assist? Or is this typical service from Trend Premium service!
