Hi, hekitchen,
Kindly try to follow the instructions below, if your device doesn't have the latest expiration date.
1. Open your Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
2. Scroll down then tap Settings.
3. On the Settings, tap "Sign out" to sign out your Trend Micro account.
4. After that, go to Settings again then tap "Set up account" to sign in to your Trend Micro account.
