possible problem

I decided to open up my default browser's saved passwords and have noticed I have 2 for Trend Micro and wondering why? Both have my e-mail address but have different passwords. I don't have Trend installed on any other device.

Besides that, I keep getting a popup on my desktop that something has expired in Trend Micro. ATM I can't recall what it is but could be Password Manager which I don't care to use any longer.

Any ideas? Thanks

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

 

On the default browser passwords, it's possible that it have saved a different password when you change it or updated the password resulting in multiple accounts registered.

 

You can always check your account, in the Trend Micro Account Portal.

 

For the pop up in your desktop, is it possible to get a screenshot of it so we can further check the pop up.
