Log4j is used by developers to keep track of what happens in their software applications or online services. If you don't have any java codes or projects you should fine.


Also, vulnerabilities come and go with patches provided by the software developers.

How would one know if any apps of software on one's PC contains the relevant Java bits? Isn't Java embedded in a lot of software?
