Can't press "Action Required"

I am getting "Action Required" on my dashboard. For some reason I am unable to press it to accepted it on my network. When I try to press, nothing happens. I can press on all other buttons with no issues. How do I accept this device without pressing on "Action Required" button?

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

 

Have you tried to restart your device and try to tap Action Required again? Please check as well what is the version of the app installed. To check, tap the Menu icon > Settings > About.

 

Also, instead of tapping the Action Required, please try to tap Check Devices. Home Network Security will scan what devices are connected to your network. Once it's done, it will show the result. Just tap View Now.
