My Trend Micro seems to have entirely disappeared from my computer. 

I have no protection!  What is going on????

I had to call service today to re-install 17.7.  All is well now and the tech I had was fantastic.  Thanks all.

Everything alright with you. Can you see the program still in the program list?

Is the diagnostic Toolkit still there?

If so, can you stop and start all the components?
