Slow and Lag while Browsing on Chrome

I have again (already had this issue some years ago) that Trend Micro is slowing my experience on the web.

If I close the program I have no problems and everything is fast.

I tried clearing cache

Disabling hardware acceleration

Disabling Extension

No way

Reinstalled Trend Micro:

no way

can you please tell me what to do now?
