Automatic scanning on booting up computer in the morning
Can you please provide a "stop scanning" button as the automatic scan is slowing everything to the point where I cannot launch other software when it is doing the automatic scan. I have emailed you this request previously and yet nothing has been done for users feedback. Worst still I have not even got a respond to my emails. If this continues to be ignored I will definitely not renew. You may not care about losing one small customer but I hope other users will be aware of your not listening to your users. So much for user service.
