Please do not post your personal information such as your serial number, phone number, email or any other important details. Even though this is a Trend Micro community, you can never tell if someone would take the opportunity to steal your information if it is blatantly visible to everyone.

If you really need to do so, kindly set the thread to private so that only you and Trend Micro employees would be able to see the thread.
